- International Shipping Fees: The shipping cost for international orders is initially estimated at ₹3000. This estimate assumes the shipment includes 1-2 sarees. However, the final shipping cost may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the initial estimate, we will contact you for the difference, and you will be required to pay the additional amount before we process the shipment.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These tax amounts are not included in the payment made during your online purchase. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees before placing an order.
- Courier Fees for Customs Clearance: Please be aware that the courier company may collect additional fees to clear customs in the destination country. These fees are separate from the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict the amount.
- No Refund on Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your order or return products, the shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
- Shipping Charges for Returns: In the event that you wish to return an international order, the shipping charges for the return must be paid by the customer. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Multiple Shipping Addresses: We are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses in a single order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
