Return Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this return/refund policy.

We provide complete customer satisfaction for all purchases. We offer 7 days return policy if the product is unused and unopened condition. Items should be returned in the original folding, unused condition and the folding must be intact along with the original receipt, tags and other add-ons (blouse) received in the original package. Refund will be issued after the returned item reached our store and inspection is completed to ensure product is intact.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer pays for the return shipping.

 

Customer should notify us via email info@kumaransilk.in within two days of receiving the item along with order number. We will respond with the feedback within 2 business days with our evaluation and provide further instructions.

Customers may cancel the order through email before the items are shipped. The cancellation is accepted only when communication is received before shipping and acknowledged by our store through email.

        Return/Cancellation Policy for transactions processed via PayPal

All transactions processed via PayPal are subject to the following refund terms:

1. Cancellation or Return:
In the event of an order cancellation or product return, customers will receive a refund in the form of store credit only. No PayPal refunds will be issued for PayPal transactions.


2. Reason for Store Credit:
Due to PayPal India regulations, we are unable to hold funds in our PayPal account or add funds to it. As a result, we are unable to issue direct refunds for PayPal transactions and can only offer store credit.

 

 

        Return Policy for Defective Items

 

We always provide high quality merchandise to our customers. We will replace the item with a similar item if the items in your order has manufacturing defect (subject to item inspection and approval by our team member). Please note that we will refund the money back to you if the replacement product is unavailable in your preferred design or colour, or if it is out of stock.

 

Customer should notify us via email info@kumaransilk.in within two days of receiving the defective items for replacement along with unboxing video, order number,  complete description of the defect and supporting photos for the defect identified.  We will respond with the feedback within 2 business days with our evaluation and provide further instructions.

 

All defective items should be returned in the original folding, unused condition and the folding must be intact along with the original receipt, tags and other add-ons (blouse) received in the original package.
