International Shipping

We will process all online order within 2 working days of placing the order online.   Items will be sent through international courier and usually delivered within 7-14 working days**. 

 

An email notification is sent to the customer along with the tracking number after product is shipped.
We cannot send orders to PO boxes or postal codes.
We cannot ship single orders to multiple addresses.
We do not have any control on the delivery times or shipping delays as they are beyond our control.
Liability may be bound to the terms and condition of the courier company if available.
We intend to show the accurate shipping amount when completing the purchase online. However, if there any difference in the shipping amount⁺⁺, we will contact you through email regarding any additional payment charges.

Our International shipment may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These tax amounts are not included in the payment that made during online purchase. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer and we have no control over these charges, nor do we predict what they may be. Our courier service provider may get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you and collect the necesary charges from customers directly.
